Via Phone. Please call (513) 228-0932 and leave a detailed message with the following information:

• Full name and spelling
• # of tickets
• date and time of show
• phone # you where you can be reached

Via Order Form. You can also order season tickets by downloading our Season Tickets Order Form, and mailing the completed form with a check to: Lebanon Theatre Co., 120 E. South St., Suite #11, Lebanon, OH 45036.

Prices

• Fundraiser Gala: $65 per person
• Per Show, other than Fundraiser Gala: Adults, Children & Seniors: $15
• Season Tickets (does not include Fundraiser Gala): $40 w/o dinner or $80 for dinner show season

Location of Performances

All performances will be at the Top of the Shoe Theatre at The Shoe Factory Antique Mall, at 120 E. South St. in Lebanon, Ohio. Click for directions to the theatre.
